To achieve a circular economy, we must remain aware that actions upstream of consumers will also remain imperative, to limit complexities, harmonize materials as much as possible in order to increase the efficiency of recycling and reduce the cost as much as possible. The circular economy therefore remains an “economic” model that must also originate upstream of the consumer if we want to bring it all its effectiveness.
