Carrying out the RQT<\/h3>\n

As a soil expert, Almadius, via its certified subsidiary Hydreau<\/a>, produces the Land Quality Report <\/strong>for any project that requires the excavation and movement of soil in Belgium. We take soil samples <\/strong>and analyze them.<\/span><\/p>\n

For polluted soils<\/h4>\n

The evacuation procedures to follow for excavated soil vary depending on the results obtained. In the event of soil pollution, the land must first be remediated <\/strong>so that it can be used elsewhere in the form of backfill <\/strong>or for another use<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Wallonia, the Land Quality Report is obligatory in two cases: if the site of origin of the excavated soil is considered suspicious, <\/b>that is to say in \u201cpeach\u201d or \u201clavender\u201d color <\/b>on <\/b>the Soil State Data Bank (BDES) or if more than 400 m <\/b>3 <\/sup><\/b><\/span>of land must be evacuated to another site.<\/p>\n

We advise you to contact us before excavating the land on your site <\/strong>to carry out the RQT. You will thus have the guarantee that all regulatory requirements are respected from the start of the project and you will know in advance the possible outlets for your land. However, the soil can be analyzed as well after excavation, <\/strong>either in soil piles on the site,<\/strong> or after their transfer <\/strong>to an Authorized Facility (analysis by them).<\/span><\/p>\n
